PAYMENT INFORMATION accepts payment by many different means which include by all major card methods and PayPal, debit card, cheque or by bank transfer. We will not accept liability for any charges made by banks for bank transfer services. When you place an order with, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. Once payment has been received your order will be processed. We will then check the price and availability of the goods. If we accept your order, we will email you again to confirm that a contract has been made between us. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing, or description error, we will advise you of this and there will be no contract between us. A full refund will be made in the unlikley event of this occuring. 



Any purchases will only be delivered to the Buyer's premises. Our £40.00 + VAT delivery charges apply to United Kingdom Mainland and Northern Ireland Only. Please contact our free phone number and we will advise you of any additional carriage charges that you will incur. Every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock. We offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods delivered normally arrive between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday. You are able to supply your preferred delivery day via e-mail, or by contacting our free phone number. We will then call you if we are unable to deliver on this date, and to arrange an alternate date that is convenient to you. As deliveries will be made either by van or lorry, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by the van or lorry. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit; please inform us at the time of order. If a delivery is attempted, and you have not informed us, you may incur charges for re-delivery. In the event that you are not available to provide a signature on the pre-arranged date, you may be charged for re-delivery. If you live above the ground floor (i.e. in a flat) please inform us at the time of purchase. We may use a third party delivery company, and as such the drivers may unfortunately be unable to move the goods inside for you. They are only able to deliver flooring products to the outside of your home. The delivery time of day can only be estimated by us. We will not be held responsible for any failed delivery times quoted by any third parties. The buyer must inspect all goods for damage before accepting delivery. We will accept no responsibility for goods damaged during transit if the customer has signed for them. In the event that a delivery arrives to you damaged in any way, it must be signed as "damaged" in order for us to send a replacement. If the items are not signed as damaged, we will accept no liability for any damages. You as the buyer may also refuse to accept a damaged delivery. Please note, should a delivery be returned to us because the customer has refused to accept it, and there is no evidence of damage, it will be considered a "cancellation" and a credit note will be issued. Should you wish to accept a damaged delivery, you must still sign for it as "damaged" with the delivery courier. We advise that a customer does not book any fitting until the goods have been delivered and checked. We will not be held liable for any fitting costs resulting from late delivery or delivery of incorrect or damaged goods. Please note: We only deliver to United Kingdom mainland and Northern Ireland addresses. We cannot be responsible for any consequential losses, therefore we advise against booking installers until goods have been received and checked. Standard delivery is made to the 'kerb side' due to insurance guidelines so please arrange for adequate help to carry goods into your property.



We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, you can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please write to us and we will be happy to refund or exchange your goods. We do not accept part order returns. If you wish to return any goods they must be complete, unused, and in "as new" condition. If you wish to return any goods you must ensure that they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you have opened any boxes to examine the product we recommend that you take care with the packaging and try not to damage it as it is specifically designed for the product. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge accordingly. If you wish to cancel your order within the 7 day period you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You will need to return the goods back to us via your chosen courier and must be returned to: Goods In:

Please note - the above returns rules do not apply to bespoke products, those products made to your specifications or any product that is cut from a roll to your required measurements.



We hope your flooring is as expected and without fault. Regrettably, on very few occasions this may not be the case and we would like to apologise beforehand. To avoid unnecessary delays and inconvenience to you it is important to check each board before installation to make sure you have the right product and to check it is without fault or damage. If you are unfortunate enough to notice a fault before installation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will deal with the matter as soon as possible and in accordance with your legal rights. If, after installation, you are unfortunate enough for the product to develop a fault arising from the manufacturing process please complete our customer service form to enable us to act without delay and arrange an onsite inspection. This form is available upon request.



Before you place an order it is important that you check the manufacturer’s specification details for suitability of their intended purpose. If you are unsure about the suitability of the goods then please ask us. cannot guarantee the colour/pattern matching from a computer monitor. Therefore, it is recommended you view the product in person, either in a local shop or via a sample which are available through our site. Opening times for are: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
